TGA 2021: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Trailer
TGA 2021 saw the release of a trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2, shaping up to be just as successful as the first. Sonic voice actor Ben Schwartz dropped the trailer and thanked the audience. He also joked about the original design of the iconic character.
Idris Elba was seen as Knuckles in the trailer, while Jim Carrey returned as Dr. Ivo Robotnick. This also came across via a prerecorded video. The film’s direction was also revealed, with Sonic appearing to be a superhero in the human realm. We saw the first appearances of chaos emeralds and other references that will be familiar for fans of the game.
