Google has updated the beta version Gboard, its popular virtual keyboard for mobile devices. This update introduces a new feature for the automatic theme setting.
Gboard supports custom themes for a long time. These can be either pre-structured or completely customized by the user. In the 9.7 Android keyboard, the user can choose to automatically sync the keyboard theme with its system counterpart. This feature is compatible with devices that support Android 10 and also have the dark theme.
Gboard has a new version, but includes the new Google Sans font. We will have to wait until then. Gboard beta can be accessed upon registration in the beta-testing program on the Play Store.
