2002 FFXIV error: Login queues for FFXIV are giving errors
The Early Access of Endwalker is now available in FFXIV Endwalker. Many are taking advantage of this opportunity to get the latest MSQ, jobs and any other content they desire. Many are still getting login errors. Most people are getting FFXIV error 2002 log queue error. This is sadly kicking them out of the game queue.
What is the FFXIV code 2002?
The FFXIV error code 2002 code may be related to the server queue congestion the servers are experiencing. Many of us have been able to log in as soon as the Endwalker patch download was completed since the launch of Endwalker. Many of us are in 2k+ queues. If we fall below the 2k player mark, we are given the FFXIV error code 2002. This reminds me of the fabled New World error codes from many moons back.
It is possible to get the FFXIV2002 error code, but it is not guaranteed. The majority of people seem to be able to move through the login queue without any problems. Unfortunately, a few people are receiving the error code and being sent to the end of the line.

Square Enix posted a blog post a few days ago about the likely scenario of server queuing. Due to the increasing population and the anticipation of Endwalker’s expansion, Square Enix expected huge server queues. Another error code is also present, but it only affects a small percentage of players after disconnecting from the gaming server and not the login server.
This was combined with the lack of superconductors for more servers, making it a recipe for disaster. Squeenix is well aware of these problems and is working to resolve them.
