Razr Blade Announces New Gaming Laptops With 360Hz Display And RTX 3000

Razer presents its new gaming notebooks to CES 2020 using the announcement of Nvidia GeForce 30 mobile graphics cards. Blade 15 and Blade 17 Pro models now have more power and display resolutions of up to 360 Hz.

Razer, a gaming specialist, is joining the Ampere graphics card bandwagon for notebooks. It will be giving its mobile flagships future Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 in the Max-Q -Design. Razer’s Blade 17 Pro can be placed on one of the thinnest 17 inch gaming laptops available, with a height of just 20 millimetres. Pre-orders are already being accepted by the US manufacturer, but delivery won’t take place until March 2021.

Intel Core i7 CPUs, fast SSDs, and a wide selection of displays

The new Razer Blade 15 Pro and Blade 17 Pro have the Nvidia GeForce RTX 30, graphics cards for notebooks. They also come with the 10th generation Intel Core i7 processors. The Core i7-10750 has six cores, or the Core i7-10750H with eight cores. Both processors can be used in the 15-inch model. This latter option is also available as an option in the larger 17-inch model. Both gaming laptops are available with 32GB DDR4 RAM or 1 TB PCIeNVMe SSDs, depending on their configuration. You can upgrade your laptop later on by using an open M.2 slot.

Razer is also expanding the display options for the Blade 15 Pro and Blade 17 Pro. The basic 15-inch model has resolutions of Full HD (144Hz) as well as QHD (163 Hz). The Advanced variant, on the other hand, offers higher refresh rates in Full HD (336 Hz), QHD (2240 Hz), Hz (Hz / Nvidia Ge-Sync ), or a touch screen with 4K UHD resolution (60Hz) and OLED technology. The 17-inch model also has a 4K IPS display, which can be used at 120 Hz and covers 100 percent of the Adobe RGB colour space.

Razer Blade 15 (WLAN-ax), Bluetooth 6 (WLAN-52) and Bluetooth 5.2 are available on the Blade 17 Pro. They also have modern USB-C ports, including Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 3 and SD card reader. The model you choose will have 65 to 80 Wh battery installed. Razer estimates that the 15-inch model can last up to 7 hours. These should be shorter for gaming, as is well-known. The Razer Blade 15 is priced at 1800 Euros, while the Razer Blade Pro 17 costs 2400 Euros.
