FFXIV ERROR 503 – WHY DOES IT OCCUR, AND IF THERE IS A FIX
FFXIV’s error 5003 has been causing problems for players trying to play the MMORPG after the Endwalker expansion. Server congestion issues caused by the game’s popularity surge have led to long login queues and the temporary removal of complete editions of it.
Final Fantasy’s Error 503 is one of the puzzle pieces. It can cause subscribers to lose time while they wait to log in. Continue reading to find out more about the error 5003 and what it is, as well as how it can be fixed.
Login queues can take several hours before you begin your adventure in Eorzea. FFXIV’s Error 5053 is particularly egregious because it kicks you from the queue if you wait too long.
This is a problem, as players cannot control how long they wait. Square Enix, the publisher, is aware of this issue and is fixing it.
These errors occur when your login management server connection times out due to waiting in a queue for very long periods,” a post at the Lodestone that addresses Final Fantasy 14’s error 5003.
“Although we had secured a considerable amount of session time with the lobby servers; however, there are times when this is not enough to address the issue. So we are currently working to extend the session time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask you to please wait until the process is completed. “
FFIXV’s Error 5053 is due to issues on the developer’s end. We’ll need to wait until it fixes the problem and increases server capacity. Square Enix is currently adding servers to its network, but this will take much longer due to the shortage of semiconductors worldwide.
There is no way to bypass Final Fantasy 14’s Error 5003. You can try to play during peak hours when fewer people are trying to log in or keep your fingers crossed that you don’t get kicked off the queue.
