Bungie offers Destiny 2 Bright Dust a free prize for the 30th-anniversary event.
After a teaser posted on the Destiny 2 Subredditlast Wednesday, we are now able to confirm that Bright Dust is available in Destiny 2’s 30th-anniversary event.
Bright Dust, second only to Silver in Destiny 2, is a valuable resource that can be used to buy items from the Eververse Store. Bungie’s 30th Anniversary is celebrated with a new Destiny 2 event. There are many new cosmetic items in the in-game shop. Bungie recognized that a new method of earning Bright Dust was needed, as Seasonal Challenges are the only way to earn the currency. A birthday is complete without gifts.
On December 2, 2021, a comment was made on the Destiny 2 “subreddit. It stated that there would b” a “way to get some bright dust it didn’t as part of the new update. However, it didn’t specify how. Guardians spotted 700 bright dust in the Eververse store after the event went live. This is most likely the way to obtain Bright Dust, which the Community Manager mentioned on Reddit. That would mean that we could claim 700 Bright Dust or some amount of Bright Dust every week during this event.
