Warframe New War: When can we expect new content?
Update: Warframe Community Managers informed the PS player base of two updates. Pre-update: This update will help your console prepare for the actual New War launch. It is not yet confirmed when it will happen. PS players can view the official forum posting here.
Today is Warframe New War Release Day. Yay. It’s finally here! There are no delays or problems. Just a confirmation that the long-awaited expansion will happen today. It’s almost impossible to imagine!
Digital Extremes has been busy building anticipation, but they also took the time to tweet asking players to be kind to each other.
Warframe New War Release Time
It is now, but we don’t know when exactly the New War will begin. All previous mass updates arrived before 7 PM GMT 2 PM EST, so there is no reason to believe anything different. We will keep this page updated with information about the progress and any problems we see once the update drops.
What are the requirements to play Warframe New War
You can get the update for free, but you must have a Railjack, an Orokin era warship, and a Nrecramach to access the new content. However, this won’t exclude serious players. One thing is sure: the war will soon get underway.
The Warframe developers have confirmed that returning players must have completed the Chimera Prologue, Erra, and The Maker quests to unlock the new quests or vehicles.
