Crusader HD, the highly anticipated sequel to Stronghold, is a thrilling adventure that takes you into historical battles from the Crusades. It features fiendish AI enemies, new units, and more than 100 unique skirmish missions.
The historic Crusades of Richard the Lionheart, Saladin, Sultan, and Syria are relived. You will lead a group of Crusaders that have been forged through centuries of barbaric war.
Then, in the heat of the desert, you will fight for your freedom as the powerful Saladin. Stronghold CrusaderHD features many campaigns that document the First, Second, and Third Crusades as well as the conflicts within individual Crusader states.
As well as the Crusader Trails of the Stronghold Warchest Extreme and Stronghold Crusader Extreme, there are many battles, such as Nicea and Heraclea.
You have greater control over your troops than ever with the new high-resolution graphics. With the new HD battlefield view, you can zoom in and play in real-time.
The entire map is displayed on one screen. You can advance on the castle gates and flank your enemy from behind. Or, you can pretend to retreat and lead them into a deadly trap.
