Samsung will be bringing the Galaxy Book Odyssey, its most powerful Galaxy laptop to date. This gaming machine features the first Nvidia GeForce RTX3050 Ti GPU. It also uses Intel’s 11th Generation Core processors. There are many ports.
About Galaxy Book Odyssey
We have a 15.6 inch LCD screen with Full HD resolution and a framerate of over 60 frames per second. It is lightweight at 1.85kg and relatively thin at 17.7mm. This Galaxy laptop is equipped with Intel’s 11th Generation. Core i5/i7 CPU, Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 3050 Max Q or RTX3050 Ti Max-Q GPU. The RTX3050 Max-Q might offer 60fps with Ultra settings, while the RTX3050 Ti Max-Q could offer more than 70fps when using Ultra settings. The new GPUs also have 4GB of VRAM GDDR6.
The Galaxy Book Odyssey would come in two versions. The base model would have 8GB DDR4x RAM and the higher-end variant will have 16GB or 32GB RAM. The new laptop comes with one SO-DIMM slot that allows for an additional RAM upgrade.
Two PCIe NVMe SSD slots are included in the Galaxy gaming unit. This device may be purchased with two PCIe SSD slots. This laptop can run Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro.
More information states that the Galaxy Book Odyssey includes a professional-grade keyboard, large trackpad with Windows Precision drivers and a fingerprint reader embedded in the power button. It also has stereo speakers, Dolby atmos audio, Bluetooth 5.1, and dual-band Wi Fi 6 (2x2MIMO). There are also many ports available, including an HDMI port and three USB 3.2 Type A ports, two USB Type C ports, two USB Type A ports, and a 3.5mm headset jack.
The laptop’s battery is 83Wh and it supports a 135W USB Type C charger.
The company has not yet announced the release date or prices of the two models.
