FTL allows you to experience the thrill of operating a spaceship in order to save the galaxy. This is a risky mission. Each encounter presents a new challenge and multiple solutions. What should you do if your shields are destroyed by a heavy missile attack?
You can redirect all power to your engines to escape, get additional weapons to destroy your enemy, or join the fight with a boarding party. You can take your crew and ship on an adventure through a random galaxy full of glory and bitter defeat.
The FTL: Advanced Edition expansion is now available! New alien races, events, weapons, and playable ships are all included. Additional musical tracks are added by Ben Prunty and Chris Avellone. FTL should automatically update any existing content if you have it. Anyone who buys the game after this date will receive an Advanced Edition free of charge.
