WhatsApp has a new feature that allows you to comment on documents before sharing them with your contacts. WhatsApp, the most widely used instant messaging app today, is constantly improving its platform with new functions related to sending and uploading files through the app. This includes the ability to send files up to 2GB and a new interface that displays both the percentage of time it took to upload a document.
This is the reason we just learned thanks the specialized media WABetaInfo, that WhatsApp is currently developing a function that will allow you to identify any document you send to it through the messaging client.
WhatsApp allows you to add captions to the documents that you send
WhatsApp is developing functionality that allows you to comment on a document before you share it with one your contacts, just like you can with photos. You can add comments to a document to make it easier to find later, as you can see from the screenshot below. The new interface for sharing documents is identical to the one you have seen up until now, with the exception of a text box at the bottom where you can add a comment.
The WhatsApp desktop application currently has this functionality in beta, but the messaging platform plans on introducing it in future updates for Android and iOS. WhatsApp will allow you to make amends for inappropriate messages faster. We recommend signing up for the WhatsApp Beta program for Android as soon as you can.
