ArmA 2 Free Download gives the player the chance to prove his worth as an ordinary soldier on the battlefield. Where reckless heroism is acceptable in other shooters it usually results in the protagonist’s death from the stray bullet from the nearest forest.
The action takes place on the territory of Chernorussia, a fictional post-Soviet country. The country is in a civil war. Both the Russian and American armies support the opposing side. The player will start as an ordinary soldier and will then go through the difficult, but rewarding, the path of a special unit fighter. After which he will be considered an experienced veteran under which, in the end, there will still be a small army.
The vast area created from the actual territory of the northern Czech Republic is the battlefield. The player will have access to the most extensive arsenal of weapons as well as an impressive collection of military equipment. The main character will be able to play the roles of the gunner, driver, armoured personnel carrier, and pilot of the helicopter. Towards the end, you can start building your military base.
The story campaign does not have to be completed. You can continue playing the game for many hours. ArmA 2 makes a great gift for fans of the genre.
